Privacy Policy
Northwest Fraud Investigators Association recognizes the importance of maintaining
the confidentiality of your personal financial information.
This Notice describes the privacy policy and practices followed by NWFIA and our
gateway/processor Authorize.net and Nova information Systems. This notice describes
what member information we collect for payment process and storage.
Transaction information: At the time you initiate a transaction your name, address,
credit card information will be used to process your request. The transaction
information stored with Nova Information systems are used for credit/returns/charge
back requests.
Non-sharing of information: NWFIA does not share or sell any information of the
membership to any outside source. Authorize.net and Nova Information Systems are
CISP compliant and does not share or sell any non-public information to any outside
source.
Return Guideline
If a member/non-member are unable to attend a conference and they have paid with
credit card or check, NWFIA will accept refund requests 1 day prior or during the
conference. Requests will be reviewed by the conference committee as a case by case
basis, special circumstances will be taken into consideration.
